This is about a drunk driver killing someone's father...it's also her birthday...today...so next time you decide to open your ignoramous mouth, why don't you take into consideration shomething like; 'facts not mattering' when someone you love is dead because some imbecile couldn't dial a phone number and take a cab home. Does it not occur to you that for the rest of her life she will have to live with the horror, guilt and remorse of taking a life, no matter what the circumstances. What if she's exonerated? What if the police officers ran the red light? What will you say then? Ooops we made a mistake, and go on with your life. I work in the justice system. I see young women like her everyday. I help put them back together. It's just too bad not everyone in this story has a chance of being put back together. Knowing someone has to live with the guilt of killing someone, and having to be put back together seems like justice to me...so perhaps we're all ignorant in our own little way.
