Today is El Segundo Mercedes Rodriguez Stubbe’s Birthday!  She’s two!!

Since welcoming her into our home, she has visited three countries, two provinces and four states.  She’s travelled on a plane, a car, a motorcycle, a bicycle, and a skateboard.

She’s also adopted several nicknames.

Jub-Jub.
Jelly.
Ellie.
The Jub.
TJ (The Jub).
Wookie.

Her favorite food is the garbage and she likes long poops on the beach.
