Fresh Pasta Anyone?
I never thought I would cross into the realm of hoity-toity fresh pasta making granola eaters…but alas, I have. My mom came to visit this past week and bore gifts of great joy for Virginia and I. One I cannot speak of until such time as Virginia’s birthday, the other…a pasta making attachment for my Kitchen-Aid. Here’s a couple of pictures of my first kick a the can.

Pasta is a great thing. It’s a quick meal idea. It gives you energy before a basketball, or hockey game… it’s a cultural tradition. Let’s see, it looks nice on a plate, it is cheap, and best of all - it TASTES good!
